Just a quick update, I am working my ass off cutting fitting etc. All the jigs are made. Am just cutting and shaping the 40 sets of parts. Waiting for the Exhaust guy to send back the 40 flared pipes. I have been able to work on the project for about 3-4 hours almost every day so hopefully wont take too much longer. Fit and finish is working out quite well. The jigs are working great. Will keep you all updated.

CES dumps are $1000 The next best dumps available are Specialty Z divorced pipes but you have to import these and will cost around $750-$800. These prices reflect the 5 bolt design.
Well, I have two sets of dumps here almost ready to post. I just have the O2 bosses to put on them. I rushed ahead and hand made first two drivers side pipes cause I know 90TTZ Karl is totally ready and needs them for his rebuild. Do you need O2 screwin's Karl? I couldnt remember if you had a Microtech or not. I also rushed ahead and made Minivan, Andrew's ones. He is up to the dumps for his engine refit as well. Hope you guys like being Guinea pigs!! Can you both PM me addresses. I had to clear out my PM box again and havent got the addresses now. I need feedback asap you bolt them on. The welding on these is tektrader welding. Structurally ok but could look a bit better. The welder guy wanted to do em all in one go. So I had to do these ones. I will keep going with the rest of the pipes and hopefully I can have another few sets done but Monday week for shipping. Sometimes you wish you hadnt started some projects. I got there 3 weeks ago when I had to do all the cutting hack work. Someone belt me up side the head next time I have a bright idea like this will ya??
First two sets of dumps will post off tomorrow to Minivan and 90TTZ. I have premade and cut enough parts for another 10 in the short term. Everyone else who has paid deposits should have theirs within 2 weeks. I would like to get some feedabck on the fit from the first two before I go head long into making the others if that is OK. I welded on the O2 bosses but didnt cut the holes through into the pipe. The reason is that if you are using a Microtech ( which a few of us are)You can screw the O2 sensor back in after you have cut the sensor end off and no one can tell you are not using them. That way it doesnt interrupt the gas flow. I think that will be standard. They are easy to drill out if you want O2's fitted.

if they have 5 bolt flanges these ones should fit them OK. Give me a call 0402 657 236. The first two have gone. Damn postage to Perth and QLD cost me a bloody fortune.
I welded the bosses on, but didnt perforate the holes through. Did it on purpose in case you where using a microtech. You dont need O2's. I didnt want to disturb the fllow with the O2 sensor that isnt used. It takes 2 mins to drill the O2 sensor hole to fit the sensor in if you need it there. Not a big deal this. All other holes in the dumps are in place.
are these the dump pipes needed for the gt28R upgrades we are doing? If so, hook me up too. Looks like i might be going for that. (these are called 'engine pipes' too right?) They bolt straight on? ( to turbos / engine to fit the turbos) And whats a clutch booster? and how / price / why do we need it for these upgrades? I have an after market excedy racing clutch if thats any coselation.
I will post here when I have them done for the payments etc. I only asked for deposits etc, cause I was really stretched money wize paying for all the parts. The parts are all paid for now so I am OK till they are done and I have to pay the welder and postage. So soon matey.
