This isn't an auction, but more gauging an idea. I am a protectionist to the point that it drives me crazy & I'm contemplating selling my Xenon headlights and buying new ones. Reason being the black inserts on one of the headlights (LHS) has some small bubbles in it. So what would you pay for second hand Xenon headlights? Please no stupid reply's saying I should give them away or .50 cents etc... :bash:
1700 new, half that. http://czp.us/Cart/description.php?II=757&Car_Type=300&UID=20130121233655101.165.27.32
they're $1800 new with the plug & play wiring kit for earlier models. then factor in $100 in shipping so $1900. IMO immac 2nd handies that plug & play seem fair @ $1400. with physical flaws $1k give or take $200 depending on buyer.
The flaw isn't even noticeable, you really have to look for it (which I do). Thanks all for your input, I think $1,000 is a good deal. I'll make a for sale thread soon.
I'll be selling them as a pair. Bit silly selling just one ((Unless you are saying Michael (OZX_320) only needs one))
I know how you feel about being a perfectionist In theory, selling your slightly used item to buy a better used one or a new one shouldn't leave you out of pocket too much. But I'm not sure it ever works like that
Well for anyone seriously interested, I've contacted Coz and new ones are on back order (4-6 weeks). Postage cost on these from the States are $250. I will be selling mine for $1,100 once the new ones have arrived. So start saving if you're keen.
I'm serious except for the bank robbing part Wifey wants some for her 97TT Let me know how much postage would be, that might ramp the price up to much for me to compete with the locals.......
Well I'm sure you'll post up some pics, then we can the floor your seeing, and make a judgment about price then.
Here are some pics I already have. I'll have to take a close up to show the flaw when I get a chance.
