in my experience ( of which i have had plenty) on this matter, when you tell the filth to "get f.....d" they usually don't take kindly to it, problem here is that the story changes all the time and in court if you haven't got your story down pat the prosecutor will tear you apart, thats his or her job and plenty of them are pretty good at it

Speaking from experience, it depends what your conviction is, i have an awesome job, my record wasnt taken into account as it didnt affect my everyday role, if you know what i mean...

Shit Chris, sorry to hear about this crap! Anyway, i'm not really a pro on legal matters, but you took some photos of yourself from that night, so surely you could use those as evidence? Even possibly get a medical report of some sort? I dunno, just trying to think of what could be useful to you. As has been said definetly get a good legal advisor, but I don't think these idiots can really do much, like you said, probably just trying to scare you into dropping whatever charges you were planning to ram them with. Also, you / your legal counsel could also dig up some of these particular cops' history? As you mentioned a while ago, apparently they are known for this crap, so if this is shown to the court you could easily swing this thing in your favour. Wish you best of luck with this, -Kirill
This might help the coppers pulled over my old man, didn't ask a damn think just grabbed him threw him to the ground and beat him up, than try to force him to sign a confession whilst in their custody. Next day they released him and apparently not laid any charges according to the she-cop i spoke to, it seemed they arrested him with "drunk and disorderly", after beating the crap out of him ofcourse, and these were detectives. After some photos, few grand worth of lawyers, and witnesses after the fact the 8 charges they laid against my old man two weeks later ( after the bruising swelled down ). Our lawyer (pricy) tore them a new one found countless indecrepancies in their story and the photos+medical report. Helped also that my old man was a commander of a 360 man intervention unit in one of the recent european wars who culd have killed both of the coppers at any time, had all these bruises and cuts on him while the coppers didnt even have a scrape to show for. Anyway the point is, if you are TRULY innocent in all this and you didnt provoke them then fight it with all you got! O yeah the coppers paid up alright....oooo yeah.
