I presume that your a young'n from your comments. Like Chili, I'm in my 60's and own a Zed (it's "only" an NA) because, for the first time in my life I am in a position to have a car which I want FOR MYSELF... my kids are grown up and I don't have to provide family transport any more (previous cars were safe, conservative things like Toyota's and Mitsu's). Why did I choose a Zed? 'Cause it's a fantastic vehicle. What do I do with it? I thrash the living shit out of it.... (within the car's (and hopefully, my) limits). I find that the best places to "play" are freeway on-ramps, or the twisty roads on the way to work. BUT I do it by myself, isolated, alone, no other cars around. If I fuck up, then it's my problem.

Street racing, even in "industrial estates" is stupid because of the uncontrolled nature of the scenario. When I want to play with others, strip or track is the way to go... I enjoy myself there and have the trophy(s) to prove it. And if I still fuck up, there's assistance available... even ambulances if necessary.

put the car onto the conzult and it will let you know if it's in saftey boost, check the tech article to see how to check without conzult manually, also why your there look up boost leak testing, 8 psi sounds about right especially if you have leaks..

I dont go out drinking on the weekend like most youths i would rather spend it on my car or going out having a nice day out with the girl.
