Where i live its cop city... Goulburn... and i was just looking at the piks of the cooler on the car and noticed or wat looks to be not a great deal of room between bottom of cooler and road... unless ur car is lowered or not on even surface, can u by anychance measure it to see if its the legal 100mm.

You could get little welds

Done on the end of the pipe for the silicon to grab onto. Thats what I have on my 260's piping, and I never have any problems with leaks (I'm running 15psi).
