You still have to tighten them to a low torque, then its 90 degress or what ever teh service manual says

 

Tighten up to a specific torque, then tighten another amount 1/3 of a turn or so.

READ THE SERVICE MANUAL!

I think between us, we'll have a few lappy's with Tech manuals/Datascan, etc.
I'll be there at your place with bells on Mikey on friday afternoon for drinkie-poos and we'll have a nice early start Sat morning and try to get as much done as we can bud. looking forward to catching up with everyone at Amec!

 

Should be fun this time. I'm gonna be monitoring the temps in my car on the way there as every time I go to a Aus300 event my car overheats

I'll have to scratch this weekend. Just found out today that i'll have to stay in Toowoomba and fix my power steering instead. So can't make the trip to Brissie.
Will try and catch you's another time.

 

Also note we are only doing Saturday now, Sunday is off.

What you mean is youre going out to get totally sloshed and youre not sure whether you'll be able to stand up inn the morning.....

 

haha well i wish Ains! But i'll actually be up at 6.00am to open up my shed and try to fix my power steering issue that 'surprised' me this morning on my way to work.
Not much fun when you go to turn a corner and NO power steering until half lock, then all of a sudden the power steering kicks back in and you end up doing a full lock in front of on-coming traffic!

Don't worry, i'll get the blue beast all fixed back up again in no time. I won't stand for it running anything less than perfect.

 

Lil turtle wil be waiting to hear you got it fixed... she loves the "Benny Blue" lol

I gota run around like a mad woman to clean the house before inspection time.... anyone wana buy a house??? lol
