1. hoist check to locate power steering fluid leak.
2. install head unit.
3. install master cylinder brake brace.
4. wire up rear centre panel to illuminate "300zx".

1. Consult check and anything else necessary to work out why it wont start
2. check wiring for the rear centre panel
3. find a way to permanently attach my turbo timer
4. replace stereo surround

1. Adjust clutch pedal
2. Remove Gearbox:-
Lube pilot bush
New speed sensor
New O2 sensors
New gearbox oil
New transmission mount
And if not pushing my luck!:-
3. Hopefully get my Consult software working on laptop...
4. New Clutch Master
5. New Clutch Slave
6. New Braided Clutch Line

 

You already pushed your luck at .2!

 

I'm happy to pull the gearbox out, no worries, but find someone else to put it back in. Heavy bastards they are. I'd rather pull your engine out with it and do it on the ground!

2. See if speedo dial can be made to work properly
3. Fix cigarette lighter ( so i can plug in my GPS )
4. Check for any loose bits and tighten as necessary
5. Adjust headlights so they can actually be seen on the roadway at night
6. Learn a hell of a lot more about the Zed, been 15+ years since i've owned one

2. get climate control working properly(sick of being cooked)
3. if they arrive in time fit Bilstien struts front & rear(thanks Andymac)
4. get together again & have a good time

 

Unfortunately I will be in Sydney for my Birthday this weekend so a no-show from me...

Sounds like it will be a pretty full on day though.

I will sort something out with the plenum though Baz, probably get Ash to bring it down

1. Check boost/oil pres/water temp gauges to see why they have suddenly stopped working.
2. Adjust clutch peddle and possibly do a bleed.
3. Source my exhaust leak and see if it's coming from the manifold/block and pending the find try fix.
4. Re wire the plug for my rear panel.
5 diagnose my fuel pump whine and sort out what to do.

 

Does anyone need parts? I have a bling hicas eliminator bar now available if anyone wants to remove their hicas system. I did it at Gav's last tech day, but now I don't need it. $150

I'm also wrecking Fleet's Z, so let me know if you need anything I can easily get out between now and the weekend, and I'll bring it if I have it.

2. Diagnose reason for HICAS warning light
3. Figure out what the hell is causing the sucking/grating coming from the passenger side
4. Run general diagnostic health checks
5. Maybe adjust clutch
