There is only one left and one right on a car so whatever the instructions are must be pretty clear. It would make sense though for the slots as they rotate would try to push the pads inwards so the pins holding the pads would not get too loaded trying to hold the pads in place.
hes a shandy man for sure they tell me he is into shandy's,not sure if anyone else drinks them in this millenium lol
JUST A PIECE OF RDA PAPER no instructions, just a bullshit piece of paper saying, can u believe"please wipe the grease off".If you need to be told that, hell u certainly need slotted rotor's and a parachute for back up
Hey next time you change your rotors dont wipe them hehe great laugh i tell ya... changed front rotors on mates HJ goes for a spin comes back smoke everywhere he was shitting himself hahaha thought he had done something wrong...
This is from the DBA web site. Do the slots need to be left-handed and right-handed to work properly? Conventional wisdom once said so - and also dictated that all slots to be swept back from the centre in the same direction. However, with computer modelling we've managed to get slots on DBA Longlife Gold rotors to work in combination with the cross-drilling. This enables us to use a minimum of four grooves arranged in a mirror-image pattern. Such an arrangement saves the buyers the additional expense and inconvenience of having non-interchangeable left-handed and right-handed rotors.
Yeah mine are what ever way it says on the box... SR and SL... there is even a little sticker which was on the rotors when you get them anyways to tell you... They work so thats the good thing
OK GUYS... this is how RDA say they should go Looking at the car from the side, the slot starting in the middle of the rotor should sweep towards the rear of the car. They will work the other way round but gasses will not be expelled as efficiently. Caz..
thank the lord that we have caz to insert some .. common sense here .. thanks caz ....!!! and back to this shandy stuff .. mrs b/baz says i am no longer alowed to drink shandy .. and why ??.. it is obvious ... " shandy makes baz awfully randy..!!" ..

Caz.. caz,has been onto the rda sales team and if you have rda slotted rotors and have not got them on my way,you have them on wrong,so start jackin boys and girls !!!!!!!!!!
a good question method,i would never argue with a porsche owner(classy car),i am just going on what the reps told caz on rda rotors, maybe you have different rotors????
Well it would be good if the fuckwits marked the rotors correctly then. Mine had stickers on em. Left and right and that is how I fitted them. The boxes where printed left/right and the stickers matched !!! DICKHEADS !!
Did they pack yours wrong then Graham? LOL that happens hehe Yeah the boxes are marked with L and R on them... They work tho? well i bloody hope they do lol
so .. is the question then ... is it left looking to the front of the car .. ?? ..( that is the passenger wheel).. or is it left standing at the front of the car and looking towards the car ( that is the drivers side wheel) ...??? ..
