ACT Dyno Day Saturday June 13

Hi Guys,

I finally got around to organising a date for the dyno day. We will organise a start time once we know how many will be attending.

We need a minimum of six 300zx's and a maximum of 20 cars. Numbers need to be finalised by 7th June.

The dyno day will be at Autotech in Hume and will cost $50.

Can I ask what the Dyno run consists of (ie. is it just one run on the dyno etc..)

I checked Autotechs site and there's no info.

I kind of baby my car but I wouldn't mind having a "quick" run if tt doesn't involve much.:zlove::zlove:

Basically, they put the car on the rollers, attach a boost sensor hose and wide band O2 sensor. They drive the car on the rollers to make sure it's all warm, and finally a couple of power runs from which they should print off a graph or two (normally Power+AFR and Power+Boost).

If the zeds not tuned yet i might bring the old 5 litre VN daily.

Also, if its cool with you guys, im gonna do a run with the stock ecu, then do another run with dark3n666 (nathan) mines chipped ecu. I dont have exactly same mods as him (no pod or exhaust) but will give an idea what it is tuned for and how rich etc.

 

I know it is on the 13th but I wanna know what time does it start if it fits 'll definately coming.

They (Autotech) will let me know the start time once I give final numbers. I'm guessing about 10 am.

I think it's going to be pay on the day.
