Just wondering if anyone else is interested in going up to Calder Park for friday night drags?

The next one is Friday 4th December.

    Details here:
    http://www.calderpark.com.au/losd_news.shtml

I'll be going regardless (unless it's raining), if anyone wants to come run their car or just watch, post here so we can organise something.

haha quit stirring him up mate. he's got mickey T's... ;) plenty of traction, it was impossibly hard to slide that thing.

i'll most likely be racing my zed. getting some rear tyres tomorrow. still deciding if i should bring the RE55s on stockies which should have @ least few runs left in them.

i was gonna follow GOTTAGO's formula, drop the pressures to around 17 psi and launch @ 5k.

if the pirellis i put on tomorror turn out to be sticky enough i'll just run them.

RedZedMikey RZM should now be DZM

I could be up for this.
I need to get a few runs to get a benchmark before starting the rear end suspension work. At the moment it will axle tramp like buggery and be slow off the line, but you can't measure your improvement if you don't have a starting point!

All I have done in RZ2 is the 1/8th mile at Warwick, and was pleased that the speed was about 6mph higher to the 660 foot mark than RZ1. Now to do the whole quarter mile :D:D:D.

i'll leave work early and meetup with u guys. happy with my street tyres so i'll leave them on and just drop the pressures a bit when i get there.

if your running street tyres, dont do a massive burnout b4 the run. just a little one to remove all the rocks from the tyres and heat them up a little only.... if you get over their reccomended temp they will perform shitttt, so just a quick little burnouttt....

play around with it though, maybe have a run with massive burnout, one without...

    good luck

I can finish up early aswell. If we don't wanna catch peak traffic, we should leave around 3pm from the East side.
