Std Room $125 / night and if you stay Thursday as well, it's $110
Deluxe Room $145 / night and Thursday night is $110.

Hope I got this correct.

I'm booked Thursday to Sunday in a deluxe

 

Cowra Motor Inn

Phoned Geraldine at the Holiday Park today (11/9, or 9/11 if you're in the US) to be told it's all booked out, except for the Bunkhouse.

So, RedZedMikey, ZXTT-1, Baroo and myself are booked into the Cowra Motor Inn about 800metres away. Double family unit (sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms) @ $98 /night.

Is it booked out from just us Zedders? or have other people occupied some of the rooms?
I would have thought more of us would have been able to reserve a room before being full.

Spare bed...?

I'm hoping to make it to Cowra next year, so anyone got a spare bed they can offer for me and a friend....or a small section of the floor where I can sleep....i'm not a big person lol or i'll sleep in my zed

 

Guys, we reserved all the cabins and the bunkhouse for the use of the Zedders. Most of the cabins sleep at least 6 (except for the ones with only a double bed) so I'm sure there will be some space if people are prepared to share. For those who want to party into the night the bunk house is probably going to be the go. Is anyone prepared to put their hand up to act as "Den Mother" and organise a bunkhouse group?

Ha ha it will be funny I am sort of glad we are at the Alabaster. We can cause mischief and then leave

Although i would love to be den mother i will have to respectfully decline as i have already organised a bed to sleep in at the holiday park so no more bunk house for me

Welcome to the Forum!
This Zedfest will absolutely be one not to miss. If you are able to lock in the easter weekend then i'd post at the end of this thread where people are discussing accommodation and post your interest in sharing a cabin/bunkhouse with other members if available.
I'd jump on this asap as it looks like they'll be filling up pretty quickly.

Rough schedule?

Hi,

Is there a rough schedule of what is happening on each of the days?

I need to ring Ian to confirm my accomodation details and I need to decide if I will stay for the whole thing, or just specific day(s).

subject to the agreement of the organisers, i would be

happy to handle/organise 9 holes of golf, preferably on the sunday morning .. just a fun 9 holes, nothing too serious with a couple of trophies ... ????

..and a note for smurfie .. the fun of these great events is being there, sharing the fun, meeting heaps of zedders, partying, having a good time .. so recommend that you go the distance .. friday PM through to monday morning .. all good stuff ...
