    Hi Strom,
It should be $950 or less for KYB AGX and King springs delivered to Perth if there are 4 of you or more.
    Caz.. :)

You have got me there Z-Force? I didnt know there was a height difference between Aus spec and J spec Zeds.
How much your Zed drops will also depend on the condition of your stock springs, as in how much they have sagged.

don't know how much is sag

and how much is JSpec, but Simon (hot300zx) just installed 30mm kings and his car sits just slightly lower than my stock (17 year old) springs.

Hmmm... did he do a before and after hub centre to guard measurement? To see how much it dropped his car?

I don't have the King Springs with my AGX so I can't comment on them, I have the Tanabes on mine.

    Heya,

Id be interested in the shocks, as im looking for new rear shocks and it almost comes to the same price for 2 rears as it does for a full set! Pending whether I sell my car or not.. thinking about travelling but i love my baby.. Also would there be a "installation day?" ;-)

Gotta pay for a rear panel respray too.. big scratch.. deep.. :( (Might take my spoiler off at the same time! Too much to do, not enough time or money!!! :p

Also are these shocks steet legal/non defectable?

    Tim

    Hi Tim,
These shocks are totally legal. :)

Fitting them is not a difficult thing to do, You need strong tools and hands for the bolts that have been in there for 17 years but other than that its not technical. The worst part was pulling all the boot plastics out  I hate doing that.

Im sure you could get an install day happenning :)

    Caz.. :)

    Hi Strom,
With the change in price it seemed to have lost momentum  . People are interested but no one has said definite yes. We need 10 people for the Shocks to go ahead.
I have the shocks available to me once numbers are reached and these are 100% purchased in AUSTRALIA from KYB local supplier with full warranty.
I am not importing them because of the Warranty difficulties should you need it.

hey caz, im deff in for the struts, but i MITE

be trying to get some custom king springs (a little lower and stiffer)

is this still ok? im not 100% sure yet, so when we have numbers ill give you a final decision.

Hi Strom, Yes thats fine. You don't have to buy springs too. Just fitting the KYB AGX shocks even with the stock springs would bring a considerable improvement to any Zed running on stock or sub-standard suspension.

Sorry to Hijack but not sure that stiffer springs will matter

due to the fact that the shocks have adjustable dampening. Believe me when i tell you that when you set the shocks to the Hardest setting, it gets extremely bumpy.... You want/need some depression in the spring during cornering other wise you will experience either extreme over/under steer during hard cornering.. the spring needs to absorb some of the role during the corner to eliminiate you breaking traction....

But again this comes down to personal preference.. From experience in the wet you will break loose very easily with a realy stiff suspension setup....

The setup caz is selling is more than ample for the street and strip.

    Terry
