Good to hear! I was a little un-impressed with the performance of mine. Think that was more because of how long it took to get working Hope you enjoy it! Oil pressure all good? Took me ages to get mine sorted with the new sump and all that.
looks like a good install !! not going to get much airflow to that filter with a na front bar tho !!!
Pits Got a mate who owns a pit-inspection station NOR, if interested send me a pm and I'll pass on his details! -super keen to see this on the roads!
Change in priorities House renos have taken priority for the last 2 years so not much work as been done on the car. Plus I'm on my 3rd engineer, 1st one had an accident leaving my place and I never hear from him again. The 2nd spent 6 months promising to do the report but I got nothing. The 3rd looks more promising as he's taken my money. I've also had to strip half the engine to pull out the hydraulic lifter as I didn't bleed them properly the 1st time. The thing was running like a V7. The manual steering is a bit heavy as slow speed but good at normal driving speed
Suggested change for the future With my VH45 powered 300zx, I end up revert back from electric radiator fans to a mechanical fan off the engine and custom fan shroud, result being a lot better temperature stability and electrical voltage stability.
This is awesome! I love the clutch master cylinder mod you have done and I am really keen to find out more on this to suit the stock zed slave cylinder. Any info you have would be great!
Clutch master cylinder The pedal is a standard TT pedal The cylinder is from a Holden Braina dia 3/4' with remote reservoir The mounting bracket was fabricated from some 1.5mm steel plat and a section of 2-1/4" exhaust pipe
If anyone needs a good engineer South of the river, I used Reno Marchesi 0417 900 403 mortiz11@bigpond.com Straight talking guy and on bull
Even the manual steering rack passed without any problems If anyone wants info on the rack and what I did, give me your email address and I'll send you all the info I have
