Hope its ok with Andrew to put up these pics / info. I sprayed his ztoy bar this weekend in the 732 black, Really is a nice color when you look at it up close. Some may know that i absolutely hate fiberglass products as every job ive done that involved them was always a pain in the ass. Not just in lining up with fenders and gaps but the pinholes and general weakness of the product. Long story short, I was VERY impressed with the quality of this bar, The thing was HEAVY and you could tell that there was plenty of glass in this bar and no skimpage on materials, The gaps ( on fenders ) were also pretty much spot on, Pinholes were few and far between nothing a little bit of knife and putty wont fix. Out of literally hundreds of glass bars ive work on this has been the best so far. Anyway, heres some pichkers Drooling over it self Primed up
looks like you've done a great job. might get you to have a look at my lower sills (stone guard) some time as they did a shit job on them when i had a respray
No problem mate, ill be doing some stone guard removal in the near future for another member as well. I have done it on mine as well if you want to see the results just look in my respray thread and my pics thread.
Thanks for the good feedback Vizard. I too am someone who hates fiberglass parts as they never fit properely and need a heap of prep work to get smooth. If you look back at my original post at the fiberglass eoi I started a year back you I stated how much it shat me and that it has to be possible to make FG parts that fit. I had a bad run of FG parts and it was the inspiration to start making things myself. Its humbling to know that what I attempted to achieve was sucessfull and that zedders are happy with the products that I produce. Lots of :zlove:
No problem mate. As i said, very impressed. Im looking forward to working with more of your products, hopefully those side skirts kick off and i can get a few of them in
