Just got a hold of an expensive 'Road & Track' Dec 1989 edition which reviews the Z32TT. The mag still has the rip-out ad of a Z32, with the transparency of the mechanics that goes over the 2 page spread of a silver TTZ Comparing it to the other cars that are in the mag (ads, articles, etc), the Z sh!ts over them, and still sh!ts over their current model counterparts. It is absolutely amazing how good this car still shapes up today. Man - I'm just busting with pride all over the place at the moment....:zlove::zlove::zlove: CheerZ Vincent
I still can't believe I own one!! even after nearly 1.5yrs :zlove::zlove::zlove::zlove::zlove::zlove::zlove:
Got this article in the Road & Track 300zx and 350z Portfolio. It is the same article except minus the cover, the ads, and the fold out. I'm not selling the book but I'll definately recommend that book for anyone who wants a read up on the the 300zx plus the all new (few years back) 350z. And the design of the 300zx is way ahead of it's time. My neighbours all thought that my car is only a few years old! The SHOCK I see on their faces when I tell them, nach, it's 15 yrs old!! Unbelievable car, totally SIK and Beautiful even after so many years! Here's to the car..... :zlove: (I really could kiss it.... after cleaning it) :thumbsup:
found another version of that third page article a while ago. I use it as my wallpaper on a 1024x768 computer. Im going to paste it in the wallpaper thread! Its a great read!!!
I have always said... that the Z32 was way ahead of its time both in technical fitment and design and their popularity today is testament to this fact. This and the Honda NSX have design cues that really have stood the test of time. OH Yeah, can't forget the Mitsu 3000GT (a bit of a lumbering jack but waaaaay cool design).
