AUS ZedFest, Armidale NSW, 2nd-4th April 2010

OK this is for preliminary planning of this momentous event

Need a show of hands (posts) of people that are most likely to come, I mean those that only if a relative died you would not be able to make it:zlove:.

Need these numbers for choosing the most applicable venue to suit this event as past experience shows, we really need to book THE WHOLE PLACE OUT if we are to let our hair down.

Please also indicate if you are likely to share a room with another member/s.

Also attending this one. And why not, haven't missed one yet.
Double required and you had better suss out the local Golf course as well. We wouldn't want BB and others suffering withdrawl.
Might I suggest the Cattlemans Motel, had the pleasure of staying in this fine establishment a few years ago and found it to be superb.

it would be great if we could find something like the "coona" motel set up .... a large motel with the rooms in a "U" arrangement, lots of parking and a reasonable restuarant ...
