Give the Macquarie Inn a call. Tell them you're with the AUS300ZX Easter group booking and they'll get your name/details to put against an, as yet, unclaimed room. As far as I'm aware, no payments have been taken yet.

Ah thanks for clearing up the payment question I was about to call and make the payment myself today, Glad I bothered to check the thread for any updates

 

So how are all us VIC zedders getting up to Dubbo? What day are we planning on leaving? Wanna pay for my room..but don't know whether I should book for Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun

 

Well I guess I'll just book Fri/Sat/Sun...since it's a roughly 10 hour drive

 

Im still keen on the main hotel...but need to know in advance so i can tell work

I just wanted to say when I called Macquarie Inn..they just took my credit card details and told me it will be charged on arrival. Did anyone else have this?

 

They tried this with me, but I requested them to charge full payment for me so no surprises on arrival. I now only have to pay for drinks and entertainment (cruise and dinners). Makes life much easier.

BTW cruise and itinerary to be released next week. Its gunna be a good one!

 

So, have made a last minute decision to attempt to make this trip, anyone have a floor me and my girl can crash on, or spare room.

still wondering myself what's up with the last TBA room from macquarie inn, though i am not even on the lists yet. saying that though if you can't get in macquarie, wanna split a family room at the alternate venue.
