Quick history of my Z to date...

Drove it home running on 5 cylinders, didnt know..

Thought it was quick then... :D :D

Found the no 6 cylinder not firing, and fixed..

    Now its quick... :D :D :D

More checking, getting the drift of how the Z works..

    Error code 34..

Bypassed the det sensor at the ecu as its a wiring issue...

Holly freakin hell... NOW its Quick... :D :D :D :D

    Comming soon.. Boost jets... :D :D :D :D :D :D

You people are turning me into a monster... I was going to leave it stock

    Done the silicone hoses..

Got a 2nd plenum for polishing, Blance pipe for painting..

    Bypasses when the plenum changes..

I can concur with what you speak of. I got my Zed 2 years ago and all I inteded on doing was the basic power upgrades and a set of 17" wheels eventually. Now it has larger turbos, new interior, 19" Rims and shortly doing a manual conversion.

    Some would say;

You gotta help me with this problem!

    I would say, What Problem?

its just the lure of the 300zx

I bought it thinking i'd only spend a few $$ here and there, maybe nice rims etc. To date ive spent at least $15-17k in upgrades and mods and now another huge chunk on engine work and all sorts of other gear. Then still gotta get the new bonnet and front bar painted and fitted. Then new rims. Then oh god the list goes on.... Just finding the money is the problem lol

Hi brooksie, I have a similar story as well. Drove home on 5 cyl etc.
Have become addicted in a very short time.

Can I buy your old plenum and balance pipe when you are done with them?

    :zlove:

I'm in the same boat. I've spent thousands on this car....and 90% of the money spent are in parts I'll be installing later lol.
