Are you 100% sure the SS is EDFC compatible? There was a big debate on this last GB and I didn't find a definitive answer. In either case, if it is 100% compatible I'll probably want to buy an EDFC for my superstreet.

Do you have to have pillowball mounts for the EDFC or does that not matter?

EDFC is no big deal. You just run around with the hardest setting anyway.

Nah, cause I have grandparents and stuff I sometimes need to run around I hate having them bouncing around. Be good to set it to softest in those cases :p

Awesome, is there provision to get an extra EDFC with the order for a good price? I think there might be others with SS who also thought they couldn't get EDFC's but would be keen.

Man, you so bring in the products that empty my wallet :p

    Hi guys!

I can definitely say that the Tein Super Street is what I have with the EDFC. They are not pillow ball mounts.

Very happy with these Teins. They are not too stiff but offer very controlled ride and handling. I drove from Sydney to Adelaide and back 2 weeks after installing these and I still have all my teeth.:)

Yet to try them on the track but I'm booked into the 1st round of the NSW State Supersprint Championship on the 30th March.

    Cheers,
    Dave.

I have the Tein SS, they are a great package and offer a lot in the means of being customised. I run my dampners at 5 clicks from fully soft and the ride is not soft but not harsh either. Wind them right up and it's very different. Height adjust can take you under the legal limit by about 20mm.

Can you tell me what the difference is between Tein Super Street + the

Tein Super Flex coilovers besides the price difference ??
I will be needing to drop the rear a good couple of inches or so also
I dont want to be squeezing the cheeks of my arse everytime i go over a bump thinking the car will be bottoming out ! :bash:
Which coilovers would be best suited ?

Any help much appreciated !

    ..the SS AND EDFC.....are

......totally compatible. I was asked if the Aust Spec Super Street Tein Dampers and the Tein EDFC unit were compatible, and the answer is a resounding - YES:cool:

........Re the EDFC prices, I can do a good deal on a GB on the EDFC too. I need to know, however, how many guys would be interested in the EDFC. I would need probably at least 3 - 5 orders to shave prices on the EDFC. ;) You can see the current Forum price on the EDFC unit there:- www.st-forum.com:cool:

.........AND, by the way, this offer on the Aus Spec SS Tein is not exactly catching fire, any suggestions as to why not???????

    .....yes.....

.......I would like to do them for less too, but I have shaved my margin to the bone as it is on this deal. I would really be interested if anyone could tell me where to get the AUS Spec units cheaper. I can , however, get the JAP spec Teins cheaper:cool:

    Hey mate,

Mate, I'm sorry if this offends you, it is not intended to. As you may be a highly respected member of this forum, however: Why are you being an ass dude? These people are saying that they WOULD like to have this product. They are not saying HEY, I CAN GET THIS CHEAPER, they are saying "I would love this product but unfortunately I do not have the cash at the moment."

They are not threatening your price or deal, they are merely stating their misfortune of not being able to afford this fine product.

    ...I know......

........:bow2: I am not offended:) , nor do I misunderstand now that those two guys explained it. ;) I always like to know why a product is not moving. To find that out I ask direct questions, otherwise I am only assuming, and then I would definitely be an ass, yes? And, if I can find another supplier who can sell it to me cheaper I will investigate that with a goal of offering it cheaper to Forum members. Many times Forum members have suggested alternative suppliers to me and sometimes this has paid off for us all. ;) Thanks for your input and your interpreting skills:zlove:
