In search of a Clutch

Gday Street and Strip
Im after a clutch for a 300zx TT fly wheel, only its bolted onto a VH41 Nissan V8, it should reach aprox 650-700hp as its twin turboed.
I was thinking of the UAS sports clutch 6 finger centered bronze cerametalic
Or
The RPS 2700 lb 6 puck
Or
a twin plate of some description, but i didnt want to spend a rediculous amount.
Any help would be great

Will these clutches be ok for approx 700hp
I had a look at these clutches on their website and it says 625 torque cap, is this the amount of torque it can handle?
Also what is the peddle hardness/feel like?
