gaskets may determine whether a retorque needed is too but I think reusable bolts or studs, ie. ones that don't stretch need to be retorqued after heat cycling. just did a quick search on ARPs in particular, got a bunch of conflicting discussions about it.. meh I don't care enough to keep looking, my rebuild is done!
