Does anyone know where i can find a wrecker in Sydney with zed parts ? i tried SSS and Sydney auto can't find manual conversion parts anywhere.
It may be better to buy (ebay) a non runner (super cheap) manual and wreck it after your finished. ross
should come out my way there are quite a few wreckers in greenacre that have zed parts, and one over in reevesby (but that guy is a total wank)
These guys I found thanks to Zach here, and when I did they had two Z32's being wrecked (one just for a bad clutch...). They always seem to have a lot of cool shit - skylines, s2k's, z's, supras, s-chassis... http://www.sydneyautodismantlers.com.au/
tried them they are very good got the 5speedbox from there they didn't have the full conversion so now im stuck with a gearbox nothing else :bash: they have a few na diff and sub frames there if any ones interested.
i did call some one in revesby sounded like he hates his job or a wank or both. the one in greenacer is sydney auto.

I've done a few auto to manual on rx7's, i found the over the phone V's turning up lead to different answers. ( cash talks ) Most phone call's lead to wasted time, since there are so few JDM wreckers in sydney, go for drive, spend some time and face to face them, ask them for leads, All the car i've done have been cheap,Under$1000, and have parts left over for the next . Go for a drive, and walk away if your not happy ross
As you get older, the attachment gets less, one money pit, i'll swap you, i'm up to 4 " long term projects " + a Z + a daily. I've wreck a few Z's, demand always out strips supply, cost and price it and it you can come out infront. ross
All you need is the pedals Danny... master and slave cylinder can all be bought for less than a $100, clutch line $80 and all the other bits an pieces should be bought new.
Ive got those in the bag master & slave cylinder gbox tailshaft and clutch this is what i need manual pedals, tt presser plate, Alternator/ m'transmission wiring harness, Clutch booster, vacuum canisters and a clutch release fork. i know i could probably do with out some of these items but i don't want the pedal to be to hard.

Yeah was going to mention you might be better off buying a whole manual conversion kit from someone and just sell the box afterwards. Save u a lot of hassle...
i sold my box on the weekend (he he) i got the rest in my shed. flywheel, pedals, clutch cyl, lines, slave, cly. have no tailshaft tho! dig around for my forsales section. what else is needed?
