With a set top box...

    can you record ABC2 programs??? :unsure::unsure::unsure:

    Wanted to record the Cure concert last nite but didn't know how to...:angry:

    Yes ....>>

    Assuming you have a basic STB, you need to wire the STB output to the VCR and the output of the VCR to the TV. To watch the STB you'd tune the TV to the VCR and select the AV in on the VCR. To record off the STB you'd just need to record the AV in on the VCR.

    If you had a STB with built in PVR (or a TiVo using a STB), you wouldn't be asking this question.

    I'm a The Cure fan from way back and thought the show was great. It

    left me wanting to hear some of the other great songs from Boys Don't Cry, Faith and The Top etc.

    I'm hoping it may be available from the ABC shop 'cause I didn't have time to hook up my recordable DVD player to the plama box.

    Even my 60 year old dad likes em, especially Lullaby! :LOL::thumbsup::)
