Anyone know how to get this thing out?

The bolt that goes through to the guide rail that keeps the window in line has snapped and I need to replace it - I'm just not sure how to get that little bit in the window apart.

On the inside side of the glass is a flat disc with a threaded centre that the 'bolt' goes through. The disc has a couple of holes in it similar to what you find on an angle grinder.
I used 90deg long nose pliers to loosen/hold the disc on the inside.

As you have snapped the bolt you can grab the piece on the outside of the glass with a pair of pliers.
