Looking at getting the zed tuned in the next month.

I am thinking of taking it to Castle Hill Exhaust.

Car has a Nistune with a fuel flex setup.

If you're coming to Sydney I'd go to JEM. They're achieving excellent results with nistune & e85

JEM was one I was considering. Seen a number of cars coming out of their workshop doing well.

Loads of experience with flex tune too. If you go that route make sure you book ahead. And let us know when you'll be in town you might be able to coerce a local into buying you a beer

Unigroup engineering, make sure to book weeks in advance though.. ..

    Anti 14.7 x 14.7 = 44.1

I used to work at Tunehouse. Never popped a motor and cars never left running anything but perfectly. Real step above, but you have to pay for it.

    Expect to pay at JEM

But yes, you will see results and they have had a fair few cars rock out of their with large power lately

Car booked at CRD, the guys seem like they know what they are doing, and know how to look after customers.

I called up, said I wanna drop it in on Monday, they were happy for me to do so. They weren't like, oh we are busy drop it over in 3 weeks, the down side is i need to leave the car with them.

I *should* be picking up the car from CRD on the 4th. Been sick and working on weekends, the car has been ready for a couple of weeks.

No numbers yet, I am waiting for the dyno sheet. The Walbro 485 maxed out on E85. I expected the 740cc injectors to max out first. Jim said the car really started to come alive on E85, he mentioned the torque numbers were seeing big gains.

Interesting... I've seen the pumps rated up to about 360rwkw on e85 and running 1-2 bar boost but all theoretical. Likewise I would have though the injectors would choke first but I guess not.

Is the pump running constant 12v?

Oh that isn't so bad. The numbers you quoted were not far off numbers the tuner told me. I honestly thought ~450lphr would be enough. The tuner recommended getting one of those devices that has a MAP sensor and ups the voltage to the pump as boost increases. However I didn't manage to get the duty cycle of the injectors. If it is getting too close to the max safe limit I wouldn't bother.

The pump is getting full 12v, the fuel pump computer thing has been bypassed.

That's odd the pump maxed out first
Looks like I DEFINATELY went the right way

Yep, that'll be the issue then. Time for a re-wire.

Ah thought it was dual pumps, but it wasn't sure.
