Can we see an under bonnet shot? or is it not finished?

Also, sometimes if you take a picture in the dark with a flash it will give the true color, the bright white light gives the correct reflecting instead of the sun n shiz..

 

This is the most obscure thing I have ever heard...
Compact cameras usually take a more accurately coloured flash shot because the white balance settings (colour temperature - think of HID lights for example) are easily programmed to the camera - ie. it knows that the flash is a certain colour temp so takes this into consideration. In full sun, exposure metering and white balance metering are often confused, and things like impurities in the air etc can also throw things outta whack (changing the 'warmness' of the light.

And there you go Just don't like seeing 'the bright white light gives the correct reflecting' as an explanation of photographic theory

 

You definitely do not want to see an under bonnet shot.. there is this hideous pink plenum on it which will be going ASAP. Once the interior is done my next project will be the engine bay.

Have tried taking photos in all different lights but nothing seems to bring it out. It's definitely something you have to see in person to appreciate. :zlove:

 

That is why the engine sat hidden in my workshop until we refitted it. Mike doesn't have the same eye for picking colours as you. (I think he may be colour blind)

 

I think it's more the limited choice of pink high temperature flame proof paint than Mikey's lack of style

 

That was our excuse to Cara aswell. But I just like poking fun at Mike.

Looking forward to seeing the new rollers on it Cara. It certainly did look the part at Armidale and even got a few votes in Peoples Choice. I really like it and I think it will be one of these Z's that will evolve into something very special.
