    Hey guys,

I recently moved back from a 2 year stint in Canada and am back in the "love" period of my "love hate" relationship with my 260z. Anyway, im looking for cruises and a group of Brisbane/GC guys who actually drive their cars or have the odd track day.

So im saying hi, and stating my intentions of poking around and maybe, just maybe teaching some turbo boys about NA power :D

P.s If D3c0y posts in reply to this just ignore everything he says

    Maybe...ask the WRX's, XR6T's and Skylines its beaten :p

My mate d3c0y has 2 Z32's...i have no hope against his blue monster, but a relatively standard one should be interesting :p

I'm doing a track day on Saturday 17th feb at Queensland Raceway. You can either enter your car for a drive or come and spectate for free.

Got to watch those big old sixes!

They dont pull mega horsepower, but torque is up there and the old zeds dont weigh much. A good mate of mine has a 260z that would very easily give many of the faster TT's road/track cars on this forum a very fair run for their money, and at the Calder Rally masters last year embarrassed many WRX's and a few Porches and other modern beasts,

Sorry bout the no replies, was busy getting burnt and catching tiny fish at the sunny coast.

My last HP figure was 165 HP at the rear's, but ive done a cam and a hi-comp head since then, so i dont have a proper figure, but i have to re-tune the webers soon and ill have one then.

Wok - thats pretty much it, they are really light and as long as they rev hard they can be pretty surprising in that they dont have the impact of a v8 or a turbo, they just consistently pull

    V-bevan - Its;
    2.8 bored to 2.9
    flattop Pistons
    N42 head (bout 10-11 C/R)
Mild/Agreesive Cam (to be honest its somewhere in between)
    Triple 45mm Webers
    FJ20 G/B
    MSD Ignition
Balanced and blue printed for the revs

Its not a whole lot, but its more than enough for me.

Jsch - I was living in Ontario the whole time, a few months in Kitchener and about a year in Ottawa...not a Z to be seen lol.

Fleet - thanks for the offer ill try and get out there. I still have to get a new set of tyres before i can get a roadworthy (i made sure to get the most out of them before i left). Then a new windscreen and she's all ready to go.

Look forward to getting out there! And thanks for all the replies
