http://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Nissan-300ZX-1994/SSE-AD-2285289/?Cr=2&sdmvc=1 Naughty compliance shop... Owner quotes original VIN as being 502452 making it an August '89 car, not 1994 shown on Aussie compliance plate. Of course, I'm sure the mileage is legit  edit: oh, I didn't notice that the compliance shop had created their very own Nissan model - the "GCAI" which I guess results in there being no deceit involved. Might as well called it a 2057 model.
It's got a 94 wing and 94 interior, I'd say it's legit. Nice and clean too, a good pickup for someone.
interior looks like a '93 combination- Suede trim, leather seats and leather console lid, non-airbag wheel.
It may have a series III spoiler and interior but the steering wheel and instrument cluster are differently series I parts and even the engine shows signs of being a series I which to me points to a 89-92 model.
'94 should have grey carpet (not black), airbag, different speedo surround & a somewhat different VIN stamped on the firewall! I'd say it's a tidy 8/89 with a later model spoiler fitted & a few hundred thousand Kms missing - it's easy enough to buy & fit a good condition OEM steering wheel & detail to give the illusion of low Kms!
It's a late series 2 model. Strange it has hydraulic hicas and the halo wing though that could've easily been changed over the last 20 years. I'd say it was manufactured in late 1993 and first registered in 1994.
What does FAST say about GCZ32-502452? I'd reckon changing Nissan's VIN on the firewall is a tad harder than fitting a different spoiler & interior trims.
finding a suede interior is just as hard. S2 climate, S1 wheel, black carpet, Leather seats, leather console lid, S1 motor..... all pointing towards a '93 model. Same setup as mine, but it has an S1 wing, manufactured June 1993
