Tried the search but no luck.
My new Zed is sitting at about 2500 rpm.
I am sure my old Zed was about 1500 rpm.

    THANKS MICK

I think your tacho is hopelessly inaccurate.....

an auto with standard size wheels & tyres will be doing 1850rpm in 3rd & 1300rpm in O/D.

OZED, I am assuming you have a manual which is about right.

If you had an auto you should be doing about 108km/h. Assuming stock wheels & tyres.
Overdrive is longer in an auto.

    What, 2300RMP at 100KM ?

Mines a NA and at 100km/h in 5th (manual) mines sits at 3200RPM!!!

Is that normal, could that be why my car chews so much petrol.. for 50L i get 320KM

Chuubz, an NA diff is 4.08 & TT is 3.692. Hence the difference.

1500rpm = just over 60Km/h (Auto with std running gear)
