After pulling out my back seat I found a little box on the passenger side next to the seat and I was wondering what it is, anyone tell me?

 

Fuel Pump Control Unit. It's basically a transfomer that regulates voltage sent to the fuel pump depending on engine demand.

why are you pulling the back seat out

 

To get the side parts recovered because they where ripped from people in the back seat

 

hahahahah sounds like the previous owner was getting jiggy in the back seat. id be getting it steam cleaned mate!!
