What grease for urethane bushings?

    IIRC moly complex grease, so it doesnt eat the bush out (make soft or swell)

    Also wrap the bar in good quality teflon tape (pink thread tape is what i use) then grease. As the teflon will help with slippage/movement on the bush (stop squeaks).

    HD Moly Grease. HD lithium complex grease with 3% molybdenum disulfide.

    I'd used greased lightening, from all the reviews ive seen i hear it gets the money... you know it'll get the money... and you will not give a shit coz you'll really get some tits with greased lightening

    white lithium grease... as what comes standard with the super pro bushings from fulcrum.

    Yes, wrap bar with teflon tape and use white grease to lube. Not sure if it's zinc or lithium, the grease which comes with the bushes.
