Untill the end of the week i am a Sales Manager at Beaurepaires.

Customer support, poor thing

Im a mortgage lender at bankwest

 

I've had a few jobs...(But im only 19, as of today)

Worked in a supermarket called IGA for 3 yrs (This is where the money came from for my 300 hahahaha)

Quit IGA cause they treated me like shit, then got a job at Kmart...but i don't like customer service and i had to drive 20mins to get to work...so i ended up quitting that too...

Now i work at VEA (Video Education Australasia)..and its the best job ever, only a 3 min drive from home, and im getting 15.29 an hr ...but only have 10 hrs a week cos i am also at Uni studying Nursing...

although i crawl to work in 2kmh traffic for half hour.... can't be good on the clutch.

Resource Planner..

Basically, i forecast the call volumes, staffing requirements, for a Health Funds call centre.

To make sure that all the customers are answered within 20 seconds, and that the staff and business are also happy.

4 week cycle..

1 week slow
2 week slow
3 week busy
4 week FLAT OUT 65+hours

I am heading into week 4 and got a wisdom tooth out this morning. :angry::thumbsdown:

 

Gees I wish I only had 65hrs a week.

fortnight before last was just on 180hrs for the fortnight. Im a surgical trainee.
