wet spark plugs.. gee, are you sure they are wet, as in water wet? not oil or carbon build up. Cause if it is water wet, then water is somehow getting into your cylinders

Sounds like you may have leaky injectors. I wouldn't use anything abrasive on the plugs if they are iridium. Try some brake cleaner perhaps

    hmmm

changed my fuel lines to braided ones and this was the result :( cant believe tat doing a simple fuel line change could lead to all this mumbo jumbo... taken out all my spark plugs out and cleaned them all... but still wont start

its quite common for a car not to start after changing the fuel lines, then to flood the plugs after several starting attempts.

double check all your fuel lines are connected where they should be.

the try to start the car a few times so the fuel is primed into the fuel lines.

pull the plugs again and clean them again. replace then try to start.

yeah , when you replace the fuel filter or fuel lines its a good idea to turn the key round to position 2, for a few seconds, then off. the fuel pump runs for a few seconds each time to get fuel pressure back up to the rail.

Check for error codes mate.... and make sure you haven't mixed up the fuel return and feed lines. Detail the procedure that you did to replace the fuel lines so we can get an understanding of if you've done anything to upset the ECU or Ign/fuel system.
