Dunno if this is in the right area or not..

But if theres any locals out there that have installed/fixed or had experience with ptu's or even someone mechanically/electronically inclined who could pop round and help me get my car back on the road, it would be appreciated.

Its basically a follow up of this thread:

Just so you know whats going on and whatnot. No good deed goes unrewarded :zlove:

PM me if you're keen and live in Logan area

    Cheers

Buy a new "Series 2 PTU" which will do away with this problem forever.
TTZ Performance Have these complete with adapter harness which all simply plugs in to your existing sockets and the PTU mounts in the same spot. Takes about 30 minutes to swap over. Cost around $260.
You can order one over the internet and they will post it out to you.

Well you haven't read his old thread too hard...

He has a S2 that he is trying to get working.

And buying something from TTZ and actually getting it is unlikely at best.

How big a hurry are you in? have a spare coming from zed280zx once transfer has cleared. Mine has been soldered in (couldnt get S2 plugs at the time. Well not cheap anyways). Welcome to give it a shot once it lands.
