Hey guys this is jsut an expression of interest for now but im looking to buy something else that i can afford, maybe s14, onevia or a 4dr skyline i have a 1989 2 seater TT manual Aztec Red Odometer reads 77XXX kms's Engine has done 103XXXkms JUst finished doing a Manual TT conversion about 3 weeks ago running stock boost Exterior is Aztec Red with few chips in paint Spoiler removed, however brazilian not done yet. Veilside rear bar and skirts UAS front Lip and custom cut front NA bar to fit intercooler 17inch PIAA dish racing rims, 235 front, 245 rear Interior is the original grey tweed, in great condition new carpet from previous owner Sony 1300W inch sub Cadence 300W amp Kenwood cd and cassette player Speco Boost Gauge Needs gear boot TT engine from KYP 103XXXkms PZP style Intercooler Blue silicon Intercooler Engine pipes, replaced the black pipes 2.5inch Catback exhaust, looks pretty stock Nismo heavy duty clutch A/C power windows etc, things that are standard Some little issues, nothin too serious, just general maintainence Idles high targas leak Squeaking belt Reverse lights need to be hooked up Plenum pull and 100K service not done also has an ignition problem small oil leak odometer stops working from time to time but havent really driven it since getting the new engine in it. Besides this, car runs pretty well and goes pretty good on stock boost. would be better suited for someone with a full time job and a bit more money then what i have. i had plans to respray the top half black, carbon fibre bonnet, GReddy front bar and heaps of other stuff, but by the looks of things i dont have the money for it. Everyone looks at it everywhere i go, very nice car! I bought it Feb 2007, i blew the gearbox so for most of the time it was off the road and just got it back on. i paid $10000 when it was a NA auto i paid $6500 for the TT manual engine and work will be getting Tom from PZP to look it over. looking to get at least some money back $16000 also comes with spare NA engine and 2 broken Auto gearboxs, stock spoiler, extra 2.5inch FGK catback dual exhaust pictures
even $14750 for the lot i also just enrolled into uni, and i have to do all these pre courses to do. so i cant really afford it great buy
hey mate, all i can say is hang in there!!! make a list of what you need to do to get the car running sweet, make up a spreadsheet of the costs, and work out ways to make it more affordable. believe it or not, these cars aren't that expensive to look after. your currently on a forum of knowledge! with heaps of WA members many will be more than happy to help you get your car running sweet for the price of a few lazy beers on a saturday arvo. with the money you've just spent, selling now would be a serious step back. all i can say is HANG IN THERE!!! always a shame to see someone downgrade
Yeah, but i got a hell shitty uni time table this semester along with basketball and rugby training and games on saturday, it doesnt really leave time to work
update... Took car to tom at PZP Reverse switch replaced and hooked up Engine checked over Boost leaks at idle valve, needs new gasket and hose clamp at driver turbo tightend This will hopefully fix the idle problem. Needs a larger or second battery to accomdate sound system. Drive belts need replacing at next service Coolant Sensor cleaned and working Clutch Resivour leaking from top
