Guys just received this email back from alisa, regarding space occupied in the convention centre, would like your opinion in what one we would like best for the show Hi Mike, I appreciate you trying to get organised early, unfortunately as I've said in prior emails, there is no guaranteed dimensions set out for anyone until they arrive. However, each space you purchase is 5m x 3m. We do not do any circle lay outs but we do line and block formations. Line formation would be 5m x multiples of 3m, block formation would be 10m by multiples of 3m. Which one would you prefer for your group, I can do my best to get you what you ask for. For the 7 spaces you have booked, you will be given one two arrangements, 5m x 21m (most likely) or 10m x 9m with one extra spot on the end. Hope this assists you, the surface area will be the same just layout might be different. anyone else get a nice little sms from her about our entry? i tried to ask her to coffee but shes not picking up the phone *sigh hmmm i thought it would be a line thing to be honest... but thats crap.. we have 7 cars and we want the poker table as the center piece not a car but push for the square, tuned had the square last time. access to 3 sides rather then 1.. reply and push for that IMO + we get the extra spot free

i think the square is the go.... maybe you should put up apoll miksta with the options? square will work beter imho,but im not entering so thats not really important,do what the majority of the actual entrents want...
