my zed is for sale

looking at getting an r32

my zed is in pretty good condition, the motor is running pretty good, the only thing wrong with it is that the gearbox is ****** and it isnt driving, so all it needs is a new one

perfect for a auto to manual conversion or just a new auto

and even better if u want to take out the old engine and change it to a twin turbo.

little scratches here and there, but only on paint work, not in the body.

Not to rain on your parade, but a recon'd box is going to cost approximately $2500, which means your paying a minimum of $15000 for an NA zed. 2 years ago this price may have be possible, but unless it has some fairly extensive and/or unique modifications I wouldn't see you getting that price for it.

An auto NA zed these days (in good condition) would go for maybe $10,000. That's without the gearbox recon.

Not trying to bring you down or anything, but you might want to take that all into consideration.

That's not going to be recon'd though...just s/h. If you're going to the effort, you should really recon it at the same time.

 

Its cost me 2k to but I new the guy so I didn?t pay for all the labour I think parts came to $1200 (about 700 for bearing kit and 500 for synchros)

 

besides the egarbox everything is pretty good on it

its done just under 77000km's on it.

i dont think any one will buy it unless its fully working, so as time goes buy and i get money i'll more then likely fix it

not sure wat i'll do yet, probably a manual conversion or im looking at getting a half cut and making it twin turbo

 

ummm if your wanting to sell it why are you thinking/planning a TT upgrade

 

because i go to uni and bunnings pays pretty crap

and i dont have the money at the moment but in all if she doesnt sell i'll keep her and i'll jsut keep saving since im already on another loan
