though i will technically be "leading" this, for safety and legal reasons (being solo in my Z) i think it would be best if Renee or Abraham make the pre Dubbo call as both have said they will have 2 people in their Z's. Also as we have firm meeting places, (can find a macca's on albury / wodonga if ya want but i was going to toast up some hot cross buns.) do i need to post up maps, and have nominated leaders for each leg to Albury (will put up clear maps for albury but most of us will have GPS on our phones anyways (will be putting in our 98 ron stops into my phone)), we can have a quick meeting in albury / wodonga to discuss our leg into dubbo. i will have current BOM and RTA maps and we can adjust based on best route at the time, i will have fuel stops planned for pretty much every route albury to dubbo.

edit: just called Seymour macca's to double check and they definately will be open good friday and said all macca's should be. So i will check for macca's near our fuel stops (though i will try and find a fish and chip shop as good friday is 1 of 2 days each year i try to be a little religious)

I'm not 100% on this, but I have a strong feeling that this weekend will be a double points weekend...

So for me and Abe, one small speeding fine could mean a loss of license, damn 5 points on P-Plates.

Hey All,

Just a little update from Renee and myself, we will be meeting the Melbourne convoy at the Albury Border BP or randomly joining you somewhere along the freeway on the way to that meet point

Seymour is somewhat going backwards for us, we'll instead be cutting across through Violet Town which joins onto the Hume freeway pretty much halfway between Euroa and Benalla. So we might just happen across you all anyway, if not we'll see you all at Albury around 8:45am

you really weren't paying attention in the "proposed cruise" thread where you, and i only have 3 points left on my full so i understand.



and as Renee and Craig aren't doing Seymour stop i maybe would suggest Dean, Abe and Doug don't bother stopping there.

I dont care where we stop really, I'm happy to keep going. Will discuss it with abe tonight.
