I've been getting what feels like drive-train vibrations through the car recently. Mostly at speeds over 90km/h, i'm thinking its tailshaft?? dosn't happen all the time. Also i think the tranny could be on the way out, there's a fair pause before it engages third gear, when driven normally, worse when cold. Suggestions on fixing problem would be appreciated...
Start with getting your transmission serviced......>> I use Yarra Valley Automatics but someone else may be able to recomend an alternative that is closer to you. While the guys are servicing your transmission get them to inspect the gearbox mount, and over all condition of your tailshaft.
Auto trans service. Paul from keas said about that same price too WYKKED which is pretty much going the rate.. I am in need of a service just to make sure everything is going well but hard to find the time as long work hours really tend to stuff alot of things up.
