shame that the negative comments of some are heard louder than the praises of the masses. As some1 who both isnt too familiar or comfortable with buying fibreglass replacement panels for my 300, I admit that I read a LOT into your threads first. Having read a multitude of praises for your personal touch styling and quality of panels, I had no hesitations. My panels arrived today (vented front guards and nose panel). Packaging, price and quality is something to be commended. Christmas presents arent even wrapped so thoroughly... or opened with such enthusiasm for that matter. Add me to the list of esctatic customers :thumbup:
i also got a nose panel for gonzo and the quality was exelent! i sit on it while im working in my engine bay, and its tough as nails
I don't know what's been said about your products Dave, but you've obviously got alot of happy customers here. I've been here a few years now and for that time you've shown great initiative and skill in expanding your product range. Now obviously you are free to do whatever you like with your business, but there are alot of people that wont hesitate to buy from you, including myself so please keep that in mind. I'm also pretty sure that if there is a problem with a product that you would do the right thing whether it be a fix or a refund. Maybe whoever it was has just had a bad day and gone about it the entirely wrong way. But the complete shutdown of production seems a little drastic (to me anyway). It not only hurts potential customers but yourself aswell. Anyway, alot of people have been very supportive and I just wanted show my support also. Ben
Thanks for the feedback guys Im not quiting just yet. I treat this forum as one big family so if people have a problem I would expect them to tell me about it first.
heres is a suggestion Gonz,start your own feedback thread ,this way all your customers can state what the quality of the products and service they have is like ,if there are as many as people say that are happy with your stuff,whats the problem
Good to hear Gonz! Not that I've purchased anything off you I seem to recall a widebody kit being lost in transit. If I remember correctly you made and sent another for free and didn't ask for the lost one to be returned when eventually turned up (correct me if i'm wrong). Thats what this forum is all about.
I purchased 2x widebody kits+ More ! ALL PERFECT GONZO WORKMANSHIP ! One kit is on car (nearly finished) , nose panel,one piece light panel and f/glass 3rd b/light strip for the brazillion. all gonzo's products :thumbup: . Also for the record ! 1st kit lost in transit (at NO Fault of Gonzo's) shipping company f-ucked up big time in Melb/Australia. claim put in on lost 1. Dave made me a replacement w/body kit and extra's as previously ordered, {out of his own pocket,mind you } and the shipping company waived the $500.00 shipping fee and shipped 2nd kit for free and it arrived safely !!! (because 1st kit (lost) was nowhere to be found). 6 months or something like that later, i had purchased something else off gonzo and waiting on that to arrive ! Anyway this truck pulls up out front of my house, and next thing you know He's dragging a big ripped cardboard crate out & all dusty as shit !! It was the LOST WIDE BODY KIT I went straight in and rang Dave (gonz) and told him the news. Anyway all 2x w/bodykits and extra's were all PAID for at the end of the day. Dave was happy ! I was happy , and i still am 100% happy ! Dave and his products are all A-1 in my books.. p.s Dave, Don't let the Negatives :whatever: Out weigh the Positive's mate ! Keep-em coming .
