I am putting back together the vacuum system on my 91 TT with most of the solenoid deletes done (PRVR, EGR, AIV and safety boost solenoids).

So far I've set it up like this:

Note: hose between T piece and wastegate actuator does not contain restrictor.

All the open vacuum ports are capped off. Just want to make sure I am doing it right. Any suggestions, or advice also would be awesome.

You mean you replaced the restricted line with a full flow one still running the t-piece? You should put the restrictor back in unless you want to run a rather large amount of boost.

The restrictor goes between t-piece and the 'suction pipe', in-line with the solenoid. Also there's not much benefit to deleting the solenoid unless you like the clean engine bay look or have replaced them with another control mechanism, they make a good warning system for when it goes into limp mode.

Currently only maxing around 8psi on the aftermarket gauge as it is without restrictors. I've ordered the stock boost solenoids, T piece with restrictors as the car was missing both when I got it, and an MBC just to get it all configured right.
