    Hi guys.

    1991 2+0 TT manual

    Asking $10,000 for car only.

Due to unforeseen family circumstances, I have to sell my unfinished project which was bloody close to be finished. I am not sure about a price yet, but I have some large tools that I need to get rid of too, so it might be a good bargain for someone.

It's nothing special but it has had a fresh paint job last year, and has been in my garage ever since. To be honest, I was massively ripped off and extorted from the panel beaters. The respray alone cost me about 7+ grand and to be honest, its pretty average. I have paint ready for the engine bay as well.

Its half way through a manual conversion. It has a lightened chrome moly flywheel, ceramic clutch, a single piece alum driveshaft, nismo cross member rubber mount and a quick shifter installed. I also have installed new disks and pads on the front with new premium pads ready for blue slip. I also have brand new japanese spec tail lights and clear quarter panel indicators and a slim carbon fibre spoiler. I also have a rare nakamichi MD/CD player installed. Fresh window tinting too.

The only things that need to be done is to re-install some of the interior, finish installing the clutch hydraulics (I have a rebuild kit on order from unique auto sports).

I also have another manual transmission that I was halfway through rebuilding. I have brand new tools that are needed for it as well.

I have an engine crane, 2x engine stands, hydraulic press, pullers and many more tools etc etc. Basically its all for sale.

Also I have a semi repaired/crashed 92 gsxr750 track bike and an unfinished cbr250rr with 2 spare engines as well. Also for sale. I also have 2 large site boxes on wheels that I guess I wont be needing either.

I'll be open to negotiate a fair price depending on what is bought, but I wont consider ridiculous low ball offers.

It will be a real shame for me to sell as I haven't even driven it in the last 2 years... so I hope it will go to some one who will appreciate it and finish it off properly.

Now is a bit too dark so I will post up some photos tomorrow. I'm currently unemployed now so if you want to drop by for an inspection, feel free to drop me a PM and I can give you a call.

Here are just some photos on 04/09/13 just after it was painted.

    tell us the price son!

Post up a price mate, otherwise your post may be deleted.:)

Spray job looks good. sad to see you have to sell at this point without getting to enjoy the work done etc. Good luck with the sale.

What are the 'new tools' that you have for the manual transmission rebuild?

I haven't really started to think about a concrete price yet until I add up all of what I have spent so far, but I will post it at the top of the thread. Same for when I take some photos.

I hope the mods will be a little understanding and wont delete it straight away.

As for tools for rebuilding the trans, its a hydraulic puller with a number of sizes of split gear/bearing pullers. I guess it will make more sense when I post up some photos.

For some strange reason I can't edit my origional post, but ok, I'll make a rough estimate of 10g for the car alone. Extra for other tools and parts. Price is not final. I will post up a spread sheet with the price I paid and a % to adjust the final price. Photos will follow this evening.

Hi, sorry for the late update... I have been super slack :(

I took a heap of photos of some of my tools and car + bikes. I guess I can do pricing on parts/tools by a case by case basis... it would take me too long to go through my receipts all at once. So if you see anything you want, please let me know and we can work out something fair.

If you see anything that is interesting, please let me know. The photos are over a month old. I have made a tiny bit of progress since then, but nothing significant.

    Anti 14.7 x 14.7 = 44.1

I'll come along to a rummage party.

Would you part with the boot lip?

Sorry, but I don't want to part it out. The spares can go separately but the parts to make a complete car need to stay... same with the tools lol or I can't finish it and certainly no one will buy it >.<

Other option is to just take the lot as it would most certainly work out cheaper as apposed to buying each and every part separately.

So, for the mean time, I'm just going to keep fiddling with it until some one takes it or until its finished... I'd rather not sell it but I've been pressured, so I've put the add up.

Sorry for the long winded explanation, but I hope it makes sense.

    Fair enough man!
If you change your mind and decide you want to part out the CF boot lip, let me know :)

P.S. I am pretty close to Bobbs, so if any potential buyers need someone to check it out, let me know.
