bunch of ripoff bastards, i ordered and paid for a $400.00aud part over two months ago, i have received nothing, neither the part nor a refund which i have been chasing for over a month, the pricks wont even reply to numerous emails i have sent, i even rang them once and the guy reckoned that the part was going to be there within the next week, which was over a month ago, since then i have sent quite a few emails requesting a refund but no reply, i will never use them again and i recommend that no one here use them either, mob of pricks, this sort of thing seems to be happening more often these days, anyway, ULTIMATE Z sucks, thieving bastards
if you paid by paypal, which i hope you would of make a claim,if paid by credit card, claim a charge back
Sorry, I couldn't help myself. I sent them a message, maybe you could all do the same. Part of my message reads
Hopefully... it's simply delayed in the post. Sometimes it takes a month to get some stuff USPS. Good luck,
Who would ship $400 of stuff overseas without supplying a tracking no for proof of delivery ,i sure dont
you need to inform paypal within 45 days of purchase, you can easily have an issue drag on longer than that before believing it's a scam.. like me being sent the wrong item many times over.
You should repeat this on TwinTurbo.net, as this WILL... impact their business. My 2c anyway........ CheerZ Vincent
2nded. Twin Turbo.net will be their #1 source of business. I'd personally contact them and explain that you will give them 14 days to resolve the issue or you will publish the problem on twinturbo.net... That will get their attention. Perhaps send them a physical letter as they will open that...
cool greg good stuff greg, good to see you moderating even non forum members and organisations. Moderate the world!!!!
X 3 I'd also 'hit' other forums too, pommy land etc & I'd email them the links to the threads you've started In business......... A good reputation requires hard work to earn & keep, A bad reputation is almost imposiable to loose no matter how hard you work to turn it around. good luck Kingy
LOL I bought a $30USD item for the jetski last week. It arrived 5 days later, but according to the USPS trackinfg info, the US Post office still hasn't received the parcel from the sender. So, I agree with you Simon, but the tracking is not always useful.
