New This is something UAS have been doing as a custom item for years, but I want one on the cheap so hoping to get enough interest for a group buy!

    • Lightweight 1.6mm alloy
    • Stronger and shinier than your tired plastic under tray!
    • Stops air going under the car instead of through the radiator
    • Supplied with self tappers that screw into the support plate of FMIC not the intercooler, and bolts to secure to lower radiator support which already has nuts welded inside

    Cost: $70
Freight: Pickup from Sydney or $50 anywhere in AUS. Remember that while these are light they are bulky and need to be packed properly to prevent damage.
Timeframe: We need ten buyers, so I will leave this open until friday 14/11. Once the order goes in we are looking at roughly three weeks production time.
How to order: I will need 50% upfront to confirm your order, please PM me for details.

    Hey Rob,

Any improvement on a good condition stock splash tray?

    • Just playing devils advocate here, but what stops air from going to the side and then under the car instead of through the radiator?

I mean you've blocked off the bottom, but what about the sides? This seems like an obvious shortfall in the design or is it taken care of?

Yeah, these seal off the section between the intercooler and radiator, which your factory splash shield does not (no FMIC on factory car :D).

Yeah all good mate, more questions the better!

Check out the pic you can see once the air has traveled through the intercooler there is not much space for it to go anywhere else! Chasis rails, fenders etc etc

    Hi Rob,

I'm in for one of these.

Post would be to 2611 in Canberra, but if any Canberra Zedders are interested (Scotty?) we can combine.

    Cheers,

    Dan
