1990 300ZX twin turbo Targa Top auto 2+2

Many forum members will know this Z - it is Rob's (K-zed) which I recently bought but despite it's perfect mechanical state and solid history I am forced to sell due to a monumental tax bill (back taxes finally caught up with me!!)

price is now $8990 - so throwing away 3 grand cold now but need tax paid and no other options for the moment - a great Z (K-zed's ex)

You have done nothing wrong, just that zeds aren't selling at the moment unless they are a sub $3000 POS. You need to have patience to sell a good quality Z these days. You might need to think about consolodating your debts to pay your tax bill in the short term, then pay that off when you sell the Z. Don't give it away.

Thanks for your sage advice ..... yeah there is no way I will sell for anything near the sub 5K mark - this Z is too good, and I would collect bottle tops and cans before giving it away for joke money.:zlove:

Hard to believe that such well kept example of one of the best looking cars ever built could be hard to sell for less than $10k.... Might totally suck, but maybe you ought to take out a personal loan to pay the tax bill rather than ditch the car?
Seems it's going to be a while before these cars achieve collector car status and prices increase... Seeing a car like yours sit around while being offered for sale at less than $10k is pretty depressing - for all of us...

Thanks for the moral support........ now just need the $$ support from a Z lover!! ........ anyway $8990 is low enough - I'll see what happens (already maxed-out the loans situation post-divorce, but nice idea anyway) - may even pull it off the market as I won't get another Z this good for this sort of money.:zlove: (By the way I also have a 2010 SSV (8) commodore up for sale at $42000) (12000 km)
