i already have a walbro pump and FPCU bypassed. with my new setup i was thinking of running a 2nd one in the tank and twin feeds to the 300deg rail.

is any sort of 'H' piece installed between the 2 fuel lines incase one of the pumps were to fail? and can i just wire the 2 pumps in parallel and she'll b right?
    thanks

ye it will all be soldered and heat-shrunk.but do i need like a 'H' piece? would kinda suck if cylinders 2, 4, 6 had fuel pressure and 1, 3, 5 had nothing!!

you can do it that way if you want... people do that with AN fittings. and a big Y peice

have two -8 fittings off the pumps. then into a Y with a -10 fitting...

walbros arnt exactly known for there reliability tho  why not got a big single external bosche and have the single walbro intank...

This is how mine is setup, ie single pump for single line.

I know what you are saying but the likliehood of one of your pumps failing is just as high as it would be running a big single, and it's going to be just as catastrophic either way.

Actually i thin running twins is safer, because if one fails you will still have fuel flow. I imagine you could use an amp meter to watch is one pump fails. Or if any pump starts to fail. As a damaged pump will start to draw more amps.
