aw gee twas fun too! We managed a peek of eclipse and to cap it all off my brother's wife shortly afterwards had a baby girl Ondine Isabella, she is so gorgeous.... and yes autographs are available for a premium, premium beer or any food stuff containing the essentials of life, fat, salt and sugar, mmmmmmmmmmmmmm fat.Cheers Geoff
Congrats to your brother & wife... So beacuase they had a girl does that mean you're an Aunty now?!??!? 8-} So are we having a Syd dinner soon! I'm getting restless - what about next Wed?
I have seen numerous> warnings about potential eye damage and/or blindness as a result of looking at an eclipse with the naked eye.8( Is there some relationship between those warnings and the pregnancy/birth of your neice:?) (Viewing a "naked flame" perhaps?) Congrats Uncle Geoff, to you AND the lucky parents.:YD :YD :YD Cheers Lloyd :-Z
More TV stars >>> well, bit players actually, extras even.At the end of the Bathurst 24 hour race, after they have shown Class D (I think) results, the screen clears, and top dead centre is Blipman, to his left is my head, and to his right is Pat (ltd). I think I can make out Jack's (ZXTT-1) head ..... but where is Lou?Lou, could your sister have been watching on a wide screen TV, or is there another bit with you in it?
I missed that completely.:N( But then, my TV does have the latest "Drongo Filter" installed, and apparently it works just fine.:YD :YD Cheers guys Lloyd }D }D }D :-Z
Not quite unlike this year where it was constant rain, last year's Bathurst was 40 degree temps and glaring sun. I had to buy a hat, for an extra 5 bucks they'd embroyder text into it, so bingo.Ben
