makes you think all these upgrades for more volume bigger 2.5 inch piping bigger thottle bodies bigger head ports/cams bigger exhaust manis bigger exhaust system and leave the stock intake???? this is where it all begins
With what I'm doing, I've done the two people hate to do the most, first. Porting & Intake Piping. Rest can be done... relatively more easily lol. Throttle Bodies were actually next on my mind. Easy to change. Cams were last on the list. I actually have the Selin Intake right before I change Cams, maybe even before Throttle Bodies upgrade. But wont be that hard to change Cams, again, relative to the others on that list. Radiator out, Front Water pipes off, Cam Covers off, Timing belt off, Plenum off, Rocker Covers off... then Cams. I r teh smartz MoulaZX
The pipes that bolt to the turbo are all welded up and looking pretty The pipes that go from behind the headlamps to the turbo inlet (accordion pipe replacements) have been test fitted to my car and will work in that. What power steering pump are you running MoulaZX? do you still have HICAS fitted? I will need to tweak the drivers side pipe a little if you do, if it's an NA pump then we have no issues and should be good to go . I still want to test fit the complete kit to another car here before sending it over - rather get it right first time
I am so glad you asked... please see below This is what remains of my HICAS... you can just make it out in the picture. And this is why... MoulaZX
Would have been done earlier but we had a main gas line fracture and so most of the industrial gas users got shut down to save on gas use - just bad timing but no big deal done now (powder coating plant runs off gas)
Can package and send today OR can be nasty and hold on to them and show them off at Nizfest LOL!! Send me shipping details etc and I will get them on the way, I assume you are happy to source silicon joiners and hose clamps etc? I can supply but adds to shipping costs and GST etc etc.
Posted, 3 to six working days delivery expected. Please let us know how you get on, the top pipes were test fitted on another chassis today - not ideal if you had HICAS but you don't so should be fine If there are any big issues with fitting please let me know & I will do my best to sort it.
All paid up! Will keep updated both here and in my build thread. Should be putting it all back together sometime the week after next. MoulaZX
