turbo dripping

i have oil dripping from the passenger side turbo, on the exhaust scroll. it is not enough oil to drip on the ground but just hang. not sure where it is coming from. i think it is the where the scroll mounts onto the chra. what are peoples thoughts on this.
the drain is not blocked, i am pretty sure the oil supply restrictor is right. can this be check with the engine in, it has the braided lines i think the z1 lines.

 

It wont come out of there.
Its either leaking from the oil supply line or dripping onto the turbo from above.

Probably a leaking cam cover/rocker cover dripping down onto the turbo

 

hmmm either way both will a bastard to check i presume.

 

It can also be from the PCV fittings in the valve cover, especially if someone has messed with them to install a catch can.
