Yep, no difference in the gearbox just the tailshaft is longer

yea no difference..
Only differences in z32 boxes is NA to TT the bellhousings on them ..
NA is slightly smaller but still bolt up to TT just need bellhousing ground out in a few spots

 

is that a OEM flywheel? how many km on the gearbox?

110,000 i think from memory
